These terms govern your use of Void Fox. Entering the void means accepting them. If you don't agree, step back from the rift and exit the game.

THE LICENCE

You are granted a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to run Void Fox in a web browser for private, non-commercial entertainment. The licence covers the act of playing. It does not extend to the underlying code, artwork, characters, or any other element of the game.

WHAT YOU MAY DO

Play. Share the link. Talk about the game. Write reviews. Create personal fan art that clearly identifies Void Fox as the source. Embed the game on a non-commercial site with credit. Those are welcome uses.

WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO

• Use automated tools, bots, or memory manipulation to alter gameplay or produce artificial scores
• Extract, copy, decompile, or redistribute any part of Void Fox's code or assets — visual, audio, or otherwise
• Commercialise any element of Void Fox — the fox character, enemy designs, void aesthetic, or game name — without explicit written consent
• Republish or rebrand Void Fox as your own work in any public or professional context
• Act in any way that violates the laws of the jurisdiction you play from

OWNERSHIP OF THE VOID

Void Fox — its fox character, shard and rift hazards, orb design, visual void aesthetic, and all code — is entirely the work of its creators. All rights are reserved. Playing Void Fox is an experience we invite you to have; it is not a transfer of any rights or interests.

MODIFICATION AND DISCONTINUATION

We may alter, update, or discontinue Void Fox at any time without notice. New versions may change how the game looks or plays. We are under no obligation to maintain any specific feature or version of the game indefinitely.

DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY

Void Fox is provided without warranty, either express or implied. We accept no liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience — including interrupted play or the loss of a high score — arising from use of or inability to use the game. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is zero.

AMENDMENTS

These terms may be revised at any time. Revisions take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of Void Fox following any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.
